Reviews and Ratings <br />
Park Hyatt Ningbo offers a beautiful setting by the lake and a unique mix of luxury and traditional Chinese architecture. However, my experience was marred by inconsistent service and a few dining disappointments. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the dining options, especially for Western cuisine, need significant improvement. Overall, it's a scenic resort but falls short on service quality considering its price.
I had a wonderful stay at this lakeside resort, surrounded by beautiful grounds that are perfect for leisurely walks. The staff was exceptional, especially Mark Ren from the front office, who went above and beyond to assist us during a typhoon. However, the breakfast buffet was a let-down, with a slow replacement of food and limited choices. Overall, it’s a picturesque place, but the dining experience could definitely use some improvements.
The resort is beautifully located by Dongqian Lake, offering scenic views and a relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious with a lovely balcony, and the amenities included a large park and a charming tea house. However, the breakfast buffet left much to be desired, with limited options and slow replenishment. Overall, while the setting is stunning, dining improvements are needed to match the resort's quality.
My stay at the resort was largely enjoyable, especially with its stunning view of the lake and excellent quality of the food served in the restaurants. The room was spacious and well-equipped, but the service left much to be desired, especially considering the hotel's premium pricing. The location was lovely for relaxation, though being somewhat remote meant limited dining options outside the hotel.
I had an incredible stay at Park Hyatt Ningbo. The setting by Dongqian Lake is stunning, and the resort itself feels like a charming village. The spacious resort facilities and beautiful gardens added to my getaway vibe, but getting to the hotel was a bit tricky as my taxi driver wasn't entirely sure of the route. Overall, it’s a magnificent place for a relaxing vacation with amazing dining options and activities.
